  “Jesse and the Jugs” is an electrified conglomeration of epic proportions that draws from old school honky tonk, swing, rock’n’roll and bluegrass featuring some of the finest pickers from the Asheville area. Jesse Harman is a songwriter born and raised in the wetlands that are the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He grew up working around fishing boats and helping out at his parents bar in the small beach town of Ocean City. After high school, Jesse moved to St Augustine, Florida and formed the West King String Band (Harman being on upright bass) with long time friends AJ Fox and Jack Studer, a bluegrass/folk/country outfit that continues to tour around 200 days a year. He now calls Asheville home.
